Richa Pandey, PhD is Sr VP of R&D at Ubiquitous Energy. Pandey has worked at the forefront of organic photovoltaics for over a decade and leads the company’s R&D efforts. Pandey is the 2018 recipient of the American Solar Energy Society Women in Solar Award and the 2018 Solar Power Woman of Distinction Award. She most recently was named to 2020 Women of Influence by Silicon Valley Business Journal. She holds a PhD from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur.
