Boris Vilidnitsky is the Vice President of Finance and is leading all finance and accounting at Ubiquitous Energy. Prior to joining the company, Boris worked at Carbon 3D as part of the finance team, devising the company’s long term strategy and building all the financial forecasts.

Throughout his career, Boris has fulfilled different roles within finance. He was a co-founder and CFO at an AI based software company, equity sell side analyst at Barclays in London and a buy side analyst, with focus on IPOs, at Putnam Investments in Boston.

Boris holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School. He is a CFA charterholder and holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Boston College.
