Miles Barr, Co-founder & CTO, is speaking at South by Southwest 2022

Miles Barr, CTO and Co-Founder of Ubiquitous Energy, will be speaking at this year’s South by Southwest® (SXSW®) conference in Austin, Texas. He is excited and honored to speak at such an important and innovative conference. Miles will highlight Ubiquitous Energy’s transparent solar technology, UE Power, and how our technology is a new and cutting-edge solution to helping combat climate change.

 

With 20 billion square feet of windows installed globally every year, broad adoption of UE Power windows can offset up to 10% of global carbon emissions over the next 30 years. As the South by Southwest conference highlights new and emerging technologies, we are thrilled to be a part of the global conversation to work together for a better and greener tomorrow.

 

Miles will be speaking on a panel with others talking about their emerging climate solutions.

Event Description:

Startups funded by the U.S. National Science Foundation are creating new and cutting-edge technologies intended to reduce the impact of climate change and potentially improve the lives of millions. From innovating air conditioning systems, reducing carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and advancing alternative fuels to developing transparent solar panels, startups are moving basic research out of the laboratory and toward broad-scale use.
